My Story

I know what it's like to feel lost in your own life.

At 32, I had everything on paper — a prestigious career, a happy marriage, a full calendar — and yet I couldn't shake the feeling that something essential was missing.

It was coaching that helped me find the thread back to myself. And it changed me so profoundly that I left my corporate career to dedicate my life to this work.

Today I hold a PCC credential through the ICF, a certificate in Somatic Coaching, and over 2,000 hours of direct client work across four continents.

The discovery call is complimentary, low-pressure, and lasts about 30 minutes. We'll explore where you are, what you're reaching toward, and whether working together feels right.

How is coaching different from therapy? +
Therapy typically explores the past to heal wounds. Coaching is primarily future-focused — we work from your current strengths toward where you want to be. I will always refer you to a therapist if deeper support is needed.
Do you offer sliding scale pricing? +
I hold a small number of sliding scale spots each year. Please mention this in your application and I'll let you know what's currently available.
Where do sessions take place? +
Sessions are offered via Zoom or in person at my Portland studio. Both formats are equally effective — I leave the choice entirely to you.
What happens in the discovery call? +
We spend about 30 minutes getting to know each other. You'll share where you are, what you're hoping for, and I'll share how I work. There's no pitch — just an honest conversation to see if we're a fit.
